At the elementary, students will rotate daily to new activities that include, Technology, Creative Play, Makerspace, Fitness, and Synergy. Many clubs will be offered throughout the week and you will be notified when they begin. There is no ASAP on the early out days. We will have ASAP each day, Monday through Friday, from the end of the school day until 5:30 p.m. A bus will leave the elementary by 5:00 to take students to designated drop off locations. K-2nd grade students must be picked up at the bus door by an adult. Parents may pick their children up at any time during the evening by coming by the ASAP office before 5:30. All students must be picked up before 5:30. If a student isn’t picked up on time, warnings will be sent home, and then dropped from the program after the third incident. A free supper will be served daily around 4:10 p.m. All students attending any after school program must enroll in ASAP; this includes students attending the tutoring programs, clubs and extracurricular activities. We will be open on the following holidays, Columbus Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Jr. day, & President’s Day if school is in session. Any student sent to the office for discipline problems will receive a warning for the first offense, be placed on probation for the second offense, and be removed from the program for four weeks if there is a third offense. This will include incidents on the ASAP bus.
